What can Annie offer you?

Annie works in an eclectic way to empower you to achieve your optimal state of well-being, by assisting you to enhance your vital force through accessing your own self healing ability. Annie employs a variety of techniques such as guided meditation, sun-charging, acupuncture, body-mind medicine, flower essences, reconnective healing, reiki, and spiritual and emotional counseling as tools in my medicine bag.

Within a supportive and compassionate setting, Annie works with you to find answers to problem areas in your life, whether on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level.

Some of the areas in your life that Annie can help you with:

  • Physical problems including:
  • recurrent headaches
  • menstrual and gynecological concerns,
  • fertility problems,
  • back and muscular complaints,
  • sluggishness and energy deficiency
  • respiratory and digestive disharmonies,
  • sporting injuries and trauma
Annie treats using a range of treatment strategies such as acupuncture, kineseolgy, Chinese herbs and bodywork.

  • Emotional problems such as:
  • relationship difficulties,
  • low self esteem and self sabotage patterns,
  • anger management,
  • issues around death and dying,
  • addictions,
  • post natal depression,
  • life transition trauma,
  • depression
On the emotional level Annie treats with vibrational medicines such as flower essences, counseling and emotional balancing techniques.

Mental problems treated include:
  • insomnia,
  • distorted mental patterns such as catastrophising, minimizing, and ‘all or nothing’ thinking,
  • phobias
  • suicidal thought patterns
Counselling, Reconnective healing and guided meditation are some of the techniques Annie uses in these instances.

  • Spiritual counseling work includes:
  • Journeying through spiritual crises,
  • soul reclamation,
  • transiting the Shift into the new consciousness,
  • soul purpose work,
  • Light Worker training.

Annie’s work, in this sphere, is guided by the Light, but some of the tools employed include geodyssia cards, Reconnective Healing, channeling, oneLight and Archangel work.

The primary underlying principle of all the treatments that Annie uses is that of BodyMind Medicine. Embedded within all disease is the underlying cause and to heal completely we need to address that on all levels of being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Typically hard to treat disease such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune diseases respond so much more quickly and thoroughly to this approach.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Each client is empowered to participate in dialogue with Annie regarding the length of her/his treatment. However, within the natural medicine framework is a well recognized notion, that for each year that a person has had a disease, a month of treatment will be required. The symptoms of a recent physical problem can be generally relieved within four to six treatments. The longer the condition has been there the longer the treatment time taken. Chronic disease patterns can take some months of treatment.

Emotional problems may sometimes involve three or four sessions spread out over a longer period, whereas, often a single session alone may be sufficient for a spiritual counseling session.

Each case is individual and merits a unique cooperation between the practitioner and the client.
