Lucy recently joined the team at Sowelu, bringing 8 years experience as a personal trainer.  Lucy is extremely passionate about health and fitness and takes a holistic and balanced approach to exercise and wellbeing.  She has a wide range of clients who she has been working with for many years, from older adults, pre and post natal clients, general fitness, injury rehabilitation, weight loss and muscle gain to name a few.  She is very interested in flexibility and postural correction and is currently studying to also become a yoga instructor which she feels will complement the work she is doing now with her clients.
 

 


Lucy likes to encourage her clients to believe that “food is not the enemy” and should be enjoyed and not associated with guilt!  Exercise needn’t be a chore but can be fun and doesn’t have to be done to extremes, if we are 90% good and 10% bad when it comes to health and fitness then we can’t go wrong!

Lucy will also be taking a stretch and relaxation class on Wednesday mornings starting on 25 February at 8.30am.  This will be a gentle stretch class for all age groups to help improve flexibility and reduce tension and stress.
