Incredible energy goes into producing a baby. A woman’s body undergoes a metamorphosis when producing new cells of life. It is important during this rapid phase of growth and formation that a woman takes care of her health and wellbeing.
Often we can be busy working and preparing for after the baby comes into the world and we may not have a lot of time to focus on our health during our pregnancy.
If you wish for optimum health for both you and your baby during pregnancy and would like support and guidance with creating ‘well beings’ then Mummy Tummy workshops will be of benefit.
