She conducts Nutrition and wholefood seminars as well as Yummy Mummy (feeding 0-3 year olds) workshops that inspire health and a desire to experience greater lifeforce. Haydie is also a Yoga Teacher who teaches Women’s classes as well as general classes. Haydie is the mother of 2 children who generously make themselves available for many “foody” experiments!
