Circuit training is a mix of strength training and endurance training. In a circuit-training workout you do a group, or circuit, of exercises with little or no rest in-between. A circuit usually consists of 6 to 10 exercises. Each exercise is performed for a set number of repetitions or period of time before moving to the next exercise. Suitable for beginners and advanced people of all ages.

The personal training at Sowelu is done by Exercise physiologist...what are they? Well instead of a 6 week course they have done a 4 year UNI degree of human movement....they have lots of skills to exercise with care around an injury and get great results will the focused work that they do.
