Group Personal TrainingGroup classes are perfect for people who are on a budget or just want to do more then one session per week. Each person has their own program designed and implemented by an exercise physiologist.

The types of Group PT classes that you can do in Group PT

  • Mini circuit – 4 short circuit classes rolled into one running over the course of the hour – run by Nathan
  • Boxing circuit – Combination of boxing, weights and cardio machines
  • Aerobic & Toning - Combination of aerobic and weight exercises
  • Functional Wellbeing – special older adult classes with functional problems – Tim has a PHD in older adults
  • Aerobic and strength – a personal training classes using machine weights, dumbbell and cardio equipment
  • Boxing and weights – boxing and free weights prominently (machine weights will be used with specific people)

The group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 so you can share your exercise physiologist while still getting personalised attention.
