Individual sessions are designed for people who like to exercise by themselves. They may be an elite athlete, suffer a chronic condition or just want to have a program written to achieve a specific goal. The personal training at Sowelu is done by Exercise physiologist...what are they? Well instead of a 6 week course they have done a 4 year UNI degree of human movement....they have lots of skills to exercise with care around an injury and get great results will the focused work that they do. This is the perfect environment to maximise your training time. Each session is unique being tailored to suit your personal needs and goals. Session times are versatile – bookings by appointment only.
