Lance studied natural medicine in Brisbane and began a private practice as a natural therapist using homeopathic medicine in 1994. His specific areas of interest include drug rehabilitation, learning and behavior difficulties, cancer, male/female fertility, sports performance and injury management, and men's health.

Lance has a wide background in adult education, employment counseling, welfare and community development, workplace professional mentoring and training in the business and community sectors.

He is a firm believer of the opinion that life is a process of very individual discovery, growth and mistake-making requiring courage, and self-acceptance and compassion with absolutely no judgement of yourself or others.

He believes that homeopathy is a gentle healing process of insight and recovery.
