The beginners class caters for beginners as well as those more experienced wanting to revisit the foundations, ensuring your Pilates practice is as good as it can be.
Our 6 week Pilates course will give you a firm grounding in the basic understanding of the Pilates Method, through understanding and feeling the correct muscle activity with basic exercise and breath. On completion of this course you will have the confidence and a firm foundation for attending Progressive Pilates
If you would like to make some progression with your pilates try the Level 1 - 6 week course.
This is $129 for the 6 classes and you will work with the same group of people through a succession of learnings building on one another.

We often include pilates, yoga and circuit training in our mix to make classes more diverse and interesting.
As it is a hard one to explain...Come along and try one of our classes. Classes are generally made up of 3 sections
- Starting with a simple aerobic warm up (good for coordination and motor skills)
- Using hands weights to music
- Floor work using weights, body weight, stretching and flexibility work
Classes are different every week. We regularly Swiss Ball exercises, circuit training and boxing in our mix to make classes more diverse and interesting
