The beginners class caters for beginners as well as those more experienced wanting to revisit the foundations, ensuring your Pilates practice is as good as it can be.

Our 6 week Pilates course will give you a firm grounding in the basic understanding of the Pilates Method, through understanding and feeling the correct muscle activity with basic exercise and breath.  On completion of this course you will have the confidence and a firm foundation for attending Progressive Pilates

If you would like to make some progression with your pilates try the Level 1 - 6 week course.

This is $129 for the 6 classes and you will work with the same group of people through a succession of learnings building on one another.

Course Benefits

Our 6 wk Pilates will prepare the body and mind for progressive pilates as classes as slower and more explanations for correct muscle activation and breath patterns have time to be assimilated and co- ordinate into your body mind and spirit,

Instructors can focus on teaching correct and precise foundational movement patterns before being distracted by harder more difficult exercise and faster pace.

Smaller class numbers for more attention to individuals (you) and time to ask questions
