I am a Physiotherapist with 14 years professional experience. I have practiced the Pilates method for 9 years having found it personally beneficial in reducing the impact of a chronic spinal condition allowing me to fulfil many personal goals including completion of two marathons. I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2001, I am a graduate of the first Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice and a Level 3 Australasian Pilates Alliance instructor.

I am also a dedicated follower of Yoga, over the last 12 years and a graduate of Yoga Arts Level 1 teacher training in 2006. I have been teaching the Pilates Method intensively over the last 8 years including matwork and studio equipment classes for a range of clients including athletes, pre and post natal women and rehabilitation. I combine my Physiotherapy knowledge to adapt traditional Pilates exercises, in line with current research, and my passion for yoga to provide clients with an enjoyable, invigorating, yet relaxing experience. I enjoy assisting clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
