Re-train tight & imbalanced muscles using specific pilates techniques tailored to improve your posture, your specific level of core strength, your stage of body conditioning & alleviate your actual restrictions/conditions. These sessions offer increased self awareness and improved vitality within the select environment of a small group. Individual sessions (1-on-1 or couples) are available as an outcall service by appointment and are organized directly with Marnie.
Marnie has been teaching the Pilates techniques for the past 8 years in the Tropical North within gyms, private studio’s and to individual personal training clients. She has recently moved to Brisbane to now offer you the opportunity to participate in this fantastic, health enhancing form of exercise.
