These yoga classes work specifically to bring our mind to our body so that we experience the benefits of doing the asana/pose correctly.

Haydie’s focus is on awareness and precision within the yoga posture. Though correct alignment and by bringing our attention to our physical body our mind is stilled and focused. We get to nurture our mental, emotional and spiritual self through awareness of our physical body.

     

You will leave the class standing taller and breathing more deeply as you learn to expand and lift your body. Your will make more space for oxygen to move into your cells creating an enlivened, peaceful and inspired mind.

Haydie teaches the classes with emphasis on poses that assist hormonal health and wellbeing, benefiting those with menstrual or endocrine issues to menopause.

Precision Yoga classes are available for those new to the yoga experience or that have a more developed practice. The classes are tailored depending on who is in the class and our fluctuating energy levels, sometimes strong and dynamic other times restorative with more attention to detail.

These classes build core strength and help to create stamina, as well as being uplifting and relaxing.

You will get to tone your body whilst working in a conscious manner to bring vitality to your whole being.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Haydie’s classes also cater for those who may have an injury, working in a safe and supportive way to assist recovery.
